Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings require confirmation from Alt Aesthetics - Beauty by Tracey Crane before they are finalised. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been reviewed and accepted.
A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment. Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash or bank transfer.
By booking with us, you agree to arrive on time and follow all pre-appointment instructions provided to you.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.
3. Refunds
For any concerns about completed services, please speak with Tracey directly after your appointment.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Alt Aesthetics - Beauty by Tracey Crane.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
All clients must complete a consultation form and medical questionnaire before their first appointment and update this information as required.
You must fill out all medical forms completely and honestly. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused.
You must adhere to all health and safety rules and pre-appointment instructions provided to you.
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments and must be completed as instructed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are expected to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
You must follow all pre-appointment preparation instructions provided to you.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health or medication that may affect your treatment.
6. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used solely for booking and appointment purposes.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Your data will be stored securely and only used for the purposes of providing our services to you.
7. Liability
Alt Aesthetics - Beauty by Tracey Crane provides treatments in good faith and with reasonable skill and care.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.
Any adverse reactions or concerns should be reported to us immediately.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
